from thursday 14 may our moochi stores will re-open to the public!

for your safe shopping experience, we have implemented the following guidelines for the safety of our team and customers

 

conditions of entry

// sanitise hands before and after entering our stores

// please complete our contact tracing record

// maintain a 2m distance between others at all times

// if you are feeling unwell we ask that you please shop online with us

// our stores will be cleaned and sanitised frequently

// all surfaces, door handles and fitting rooms will be cleaned and sanitised after each use

// to uphold safe distancing we may have to limit the number of customers in store

// our opening hours may differ at level 2 from your normal opening hours please see here

due to high demand our in store teams will continue to offer contactless collection at level 2. simply phone us on 0800 moochi to speak to your local moochi team to understand more

FAQ's

 

how long will it take to receive my online order?

our teams are processing orders in the same day they are placed. however we have been advised that couriers are experiencing record parcel numbers and are taking longer than normal to deliver your order

tip: once your order has been processed by our team and collected by the courier you are able to track and liaise with the courier directly for the most efficient turnaround

how are couriers safely operating at level 2?

couriers will continue to operate safely at level 2. please note all moochi parcels default to require a signature however, for safe handling: couriers will knock on the door as usual and step backwards to a safe distance, they will wait for you to come to the door, they will then ask for the your name and leave the parcel on the doorstep, you will not sign for the delivery directly

 

how do workroom sale exchanges and returns work?

for your peace of mind we have extended our returns timeframes to 28 may. for the most efficient handling we suggest you send your workroom sale return using the returns form and address provided

once we receive your return it will be assessed for eligibility (your item/s must be brand new with tags and in a saleable condition) before it is processed. if you wish to exchange an item please detail this on the enclosed returns form and we will endeavour to action you request. if we cannot fulfil your request for an exchange, we will refund your order
